Last Wednesday, July 9th, we traveled to the Suffolk County Fire Academy for a drill on handling gas emergencies. We emphasized on using correct method of cooling and safe approach to gas cylinders, besides safe shut-off of supply to prevent escalation. Participating in real-life training keeps us sharp for actionable protection.
