Last week, we got to go to Riley elementary school to teach students about fire prevention and safety; we had a great time! Our firefighters spent the day providing valuable demonstrations, bringing our fire prevention trailer and answering lots of questions from our students.

During the demonstrations students learned how to stop drop and roll, the importance of smoke alarms, and what to do if they find themselves in a fire. Many enthusiastic faces learned and practiced fire safety skills in the earlier scheduled fire drill.

Thanks to all of the staff and students at Riley Elementary School for hosting our fire prevention education program.
